A Paradigm Shift is Necessary in the Body of Christ

As I was praying last Friday, God spoke to me, and I want to share that with you now.  This word was prompted by me quoting Psalm 78:39b to the Lord, in a joking manner because He had just given me a heavy assignment. I made it personal and said, “Lord, I am but flesh.” I was instantly convicted and He replied and told me that His people are perishing for lack of knowledge.  They feel that they are too weak as humans to walk as kings and priests (Revelation 1:6), to walk in divine health (Proverbs 4:20), to walk in faith (2 Corinthians 5:7), and to wield their authority (Luke 10:19).

Too many have been taught that they are “sinners saved by grace.”  When in reality they are children of the King, redeemed from the curse, to walk in victory in all areas.

He calls us saints, “set apart ones.” Webster 1828 dictionary defines saint as: a person sanctified. He said His Bride must have a paradigm shift.  We must see ourselves as saints with all the Power and Authority of heaven at our command.  We are given the backing of Heaven each time we speak out words of life, lay hands of the sick, or give a word at His leading… (Signs, Wonders, Miracles).

He said, Jesus died so we, His Bride, could live and not “just live” but live abundantly.  Live victoriously.  Live from our seat with Christ in Heavenly places.  The Bride must understand His love for us. It is deep, wide, high, and vast, beyond all we can imagine.

His love is perfect, and it casts out all fear.  His love is the force behind creation.  It is the power behind the resurrection.  His love is the force behind everything He does and says.  HE IS LOVE.  Jesus was love in flesh.  Everything he did he did from love.

For example, cleansing the Temple was love.  He acted upon His love for the exploited, the weak, and the poor, as well as His love for holiness and righteousness.

Compassion is driven by love. It is seeing with the eyes of love and being drawn into action by that force of love.

The Bride must learn how much God loves us so we can walk out that love in our everyday life toward others.  Then and only then can the Greatest Awakening take place in the earth.  It will be an awakening of His Love Power!  Remember the Hippie Movement?  Love was their mantra. Partnered with the Truth of God’s love and His Word, love must become the church’s mantra as well.  Not worldly love that encourages and endorses sin, but godly love that encourages and endorses purity and holiness.  His love power is alive in all those who truly love him.

Our walk must be driven by love.  It is the force that propels us through the rough seas of life.  It is water-walking power!  Peter stepped out in the power of Christ’s love, but when he saw the waves and heard the wind, he forgot that, that same love that let him walk on the water would not let him drown.  As he looked away from that love, he began to sink.

When the Bride does not know the love of God, they begin to drown in the cares of life. The pressures that His love would carry, we are now weighed down with.  This IS NOT HIS WILL!!!! He longs to carry those burdens.  His yoke is easy.  When we stay in the yoke with Christ, his love carries the load.

Just as the yoke makes pulling that load easier for the oxen, keeping them in step, so His yoke makes our load easier to bear.

After I had received this Word, I asked the Father if he knew how much I loved Him.  Duh!  In reply he asked, “Do you know how much I love you?”  To which I had to admit that no I do not know how much he loves me because His love is limitless.  He said that his love knows no boundaries. It has no stopping point.  It goes on, and on, and on. When we think we have come to the end, we have only just begun!

Beginning next week, we will embark on a study entitled, The Limitless Love of God.  We will look in greater depth at the things God told me his love does in this word, as well as other things he revealed to me after this initial download.

I encourage you to spend some time meditating on His love for you this week.  Ask Holy Spirit to begin bringing revelation of that love even before we begin our study.

Father, may the weightiness of this revelation sink deep into our hearts.  May we not just “think we know” your love but may we “know by experience” your limitless love for us.  Teach us how to walk in this revelation in daily, practical ways toward ourselves and others.  In the matchless name of Jesus!  AMEN!!
